Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

For generic items purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition
  • unopened where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • personalised or bespoke items
  • custom event items
  • bespoke balloon setups
  • made-to-order items
  • hygiene-sensitive items

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@planaparty.ie with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • a refund
  • another suitable resolution in line with your legal rights

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever is earlier.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Return Costs

Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Event Services

Returns do not apply to event planning services in the same way as physical products. Event bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set out in our Terms & Conditions.
