Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

We currently deliver to:

    • Republic of Ireland
    • Northern Ireland

We currently use:

    • An Post
    • DPD

If your order is correct and all items are available, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days.

Orders are processed during normal business working days only. During busy periods, seasonal peaks, promotional periods, or in the case of personalised or special-order items, dispatch may take longer.

Republic of Ireland

Once dispatched, delivery is usually 1–2 working days.

This estimate is supported by current courier guidance: DPD states that most parcels sent within Ireland are delivered within 1–2 working days, and An Post’s Irish service pages present national next-working-day delivery for its national services in Ireland. 

Northern Ireland

Once dispatched, delivery is usually 1–2 working days, depending on the courier service selected and destination.

DPD’s current UK/NI shipping information says ROI-to-UK shipping includes a reliable two-day delivery service, and that for NI there are next-day and two-day options. 

Local Collection in Galway

For customers in the Galway area, we also offer local collection from our Galway collection point by prior arrangement. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery name, address, Eircode/postcode, and contact information.

If an order is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed delivery, or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
